Joel F. Oles, CPA is president of the Sherrington Group. He has served clients in tax, accounting, and financial matters for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), AICPA Personal Financial Planning Division, Financial Planning Association (FPA), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Oles is active in many civic and community affairs. He is a former member of the Board of Education of Southwestern City School District, past president of the Sertoma Speech & Hearing Center of Grove City, Ohio, and served as Finance Board President of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Currently Mr. Oles serves as treasurer to the Southwestern City Schools Educational Foundation and is a member of the board of trustees of the Cornerstone Academy.

Richard C. Caw, CFP is vice president of The Sherrinton Group. He achieved the Certified Financial Planner designation in January 2000. Richard has also completed graduate course study at the University of Pittsburg Katz Business School in the area of investment fiduciary standards. Before joining the Sherrington Group in October of 1999, Mr. Caw worked with the Huntington Bank Private Financial Group helping private banking clients develop retirement and estate planning analysis. Prior to Huntington, he worked with the Merrill Lynch Insurance Group focusing on estate planning and advanced insurance applications. Currently, Mr. Caw serves as the Board treasurer for Wagnalls Family Theater and is a member of the Columbus Estate Planning Council.
